Monitoring

The SRWMO has a cooperative agreement with the Anoka Conservation District each year to conduct water resources monitoring. This monitoring is aimed at tracking the conditions in lakes and streams, detecting problems before they become severe, and diagnosing the cause of any problems so the most effective corrective measures can be put in place. The monitoring tasks have included:

  •   * Lake Level Monitoring
  •   * Lake Water Quality Monitoring
  •   * Stream Water Quality Monitoring
  •   * Stream Hydrology Monitoring
  •   * Reference Wetland Monitoring
  •   * Lakeshore Inventories
